I recently completed a new build and my CPU is not being detected by the MOBO. I replaced the motherboard once already due to some bent pins and it's still not working. Fans do not run. Power button can turn computer on, but not off. MOBO ezbug detector is showing CPU light on.
What I have tried so far:

MOBO: MSI performance gaming X399
CPU: AMD Rzyen threadripper 1920x 12 core
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 2080
PSU: Thermaltake toughpower grand 850w
SSD: Intel 660p M.2 2280
RAM: G skill ripjaws V series 32g (2 16g cards)
Cooler: Thermaltake water 3.0 riing
What I have tried so far:
- Ensuring everything is properly set and secured.
- Clearing CMOS
- Booting with MOBO, CPU, GPU, PSU, 1 RAM only.
- Replacing MOBO after finding bent pins.
