Running the stock Wraith Stealth cooler? Those push-pin types are tricky to get down correctly.

Shut 'er down, turn off the psu, open the case up, and make sure you're not carrying a charge before putting your hands in there - touch a metal surface.
Remove the cooler, clean off all the old paste(alcohol + soft, disposable, lint-free cloth), and wipe dry the surfaces before applying new paste(a small pea in the middle).
Remount the cooler in a X formation:
Top-left pin + bottom-right pin, and they must CLICK! Then top-right pin + bottom-left pin, and CLICK!
Check the temps again with Ryzen Master.

It's a Ryzen. 55°C is on the high side of normal for idle, especially if your case has mediocre airflow.

What gpu? Some can put out a ton of heat and if your case has mediocre airflow, that heat could be staying inside more than getting dumped outside, which with a smaller capability cooler like the stock Stealth, can leave you with higher temps.

Windows power plan should be set to Balanced, not Performance. That can help drop idle temps.

Are you running Ryzen Master? You should be, turning off PBO can help with load temps since you are already throttling performance at 90°C
