[SOLVED] help! CPU Voltage spike problem i7-10700KF @Stock

I'm running i7-10700KF at stock settings (4690MHz in game according to MSI Afterburner) and the voltage while gaming is 1.27v

however during idle, for no reason the clock speed jumps to 5.1GHz and the voltage jumps with it as well, mostly over 1.35v but sometimes it gets worryingly over 1.4v (with a record at 1.44v)

keep in mind that I haven't touched the settings yet, no OC, nothing, it's still stock, I got this CPU 5 days ago

Totally normal, and within spec on stock settings.
It's not sitting there, thus you've nothing to worry about here.
