Help, Cpul led

evga 1080
silverstone sf700lpt
stock intell cooler

yesterday my computer just shut off. no warning. restarted with cpu red led. my thoughts power surge. BUT ive had a surge befote anf my mobo would tell me what happenef at the bios screen. this time it didn't.

right now, i have no ram installed. justthe 8pin 24 pin cpu fan. i turn it on still get cpu led. its a custom pc built out of a briefcase and i stupidly dont have mobo speakers installled.

ive read countless sites.did the troubrshoot found on this website. i toopk everything apart and reset it. the cpu has no burn marks and i cleared any dust i could find.

nowi think maybe my cpu is done. as my psu is giving power. andd i can charge my phine instandby mode ftom the 3.1 usb. but my 3.0 do not work. this computer was running perfectly. my blk is at 100.5 giving only a minir overclock.

if anyone has a idea it wouks help alot

Hi, If CMOS cleared, and still the same, then I'd firstly test different power supply, if possible. If not, I'd RMA both board and CPU.
