hi all like always, i OC my i7 4790k at 4.5 ghz but my fear is that bios show me vcore at 1.120v but the cpuz show me 1.312v, Which of the two readings should i trust?

1.312v would be right for that kind of clock speed.

Llc (load line calibration) is an option in bios which is left on auto settings will adapt voltage under load.

You will never see the voltage under windows match the core voltage in bios unless you disable llc in bios completely, which unless you are very experienced in overclocking is not a good idea.

1.312v under load is absolutely fine anyway as long as your temps are acceptable.

thank but the thing is that voltage that cpuz show me is in idle not at full load, thats why my doubt, and on the other hand i have read that voltage should not be over 1.25v
