Hi all,
Looking to replace my 4 year old pc. I could build my own or get the exact same motherboard/processor/ram & better video card, minus an OS for less at Cyberpower. My question is, should I? Cyberpower seems to have some short-comings.
DIY specs: AMD Athlon 64 3800+
1 Gig Ram
Geforce 7600 GT
320 gig hd
MSI K9N SLI Platinum nForce 570 SLI motherboard
Plain case with 400 watt power supply & fan
All from newegg & fryes - $900 plus shipping with winxp home
Cyberpower same specs, same motherboard, same processor, better case, better cooling, no OS, with an ATI Radeon 256mb X1950 PRO pci-e
all for $875.
Which would you do?
