Help Deciding bewtween to used rigs

Hey everyone, i'm in a dilemma, looking at two rigs at two different prices. Ive been out of the PC set up for some years now. I need help identifying which of these two rigs is best value for money and the more capable. RIG 1 - AMD-A8-7650K 4c +6G 3.80mHz, Coolemaster 212, 16GB ram, 120GB SSD, 1tb HDD, AMD R9 270 x4gb Gddr5.

Versus

Intel I5 3570k, Xigmatec Loki CPU Air Cooler, 16GB Kingston Fury DDR3, PSU Corsair cx500m semi modular 80 plus bronze, GPU - XFX AMD Radeon RX40 8GB GTR edition, 240gb SSD, 1TB 32mb cashe HDD. I intedn to play the likes of Battlefield 1 Online and X plane 11. With a couple of hundred pounds difference between the two with the former being the cheapest. What do you think? Any help much appreciated. Thanks.

i assume that "XFX AMD Radeon RX40 8GB GTR edition" is a RX480?

in that sense, pc two has a stronger gpu , and a faster CPU.

480 is 2 generation newer, and a higher tier card (x80 vs x70)
so rig 2 should better, likely having

cpu wise, 3570k is 1.5 yrs older but the performance is slightly better than a8 7650k. so i would say the price difference should be purely based on gpu and ssd. rx480 is still a really decent gaming card, its about 10% slower than the rx580/1060. not sure about your local pricing, but a used rx480 costs 125-150 pounds in north america , if the price difference is like 200~300 pounds, i would suggest rig1 and get a used rx480 to replace the card.
