My rig is an Optiplex 755 with a 2.33 ghz core 2 duo, 3 gigs of ram, and it won't fit a dual slot gpu due to the B atx form factor motherboard. I'm leaning towards the 740 due to the 4 gigs of vram. My concern for it is that is all gddr3, while the other 2 use gddr5. Any suggestions would be highly helpful! Remember please, single slot cards for any other suggestions, and my current card is a geforce gt 610, and I use a 1440x900 monitor.

Out of those, the Zotac 750 is probably the most powerful, so if you're ok with any of them I'd go with that one. Just make sure to consider that while the card uses only one expansion slot on your case, the cooler does use two slots, so make sure there is still room for the cooler inside the machine.

Is your 755 the slim model like this??

If it is you need a low profile card (the zotac is lp as far as I can see)
The other 2 won't fit due to their standard PCI width

BTW - there's no way a gt740 could ever utilise 4gb vram for anything - that card is a waste of time

That's my only concern for it, is the room. I don't currently have any of the other expansion slots being used so I'm not too worried. This will just be a temporary upgrade until I can afford to build a new pc.
