Help deciding on a psu wattage

I need to know which power supply to get. My recomended wattage is around 350-370. Should i go with a 450 or what? thnks

Most competitive PSU models are around the 500 watts range. So, go for this range and look for sales and promos on Seasonic, XFX, Corsair HX. No harm in going with a higher wattage PSU. The computer will use only what it needs.
