Help deciding PSU wattage!?

Solution
For a system using a single GeForce GTX 650 Ti graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 400 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 20 Amps or greater and that has at least one 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) rated at 45°C - 50°C ambient temperature, is the most critical factor.

You're purchasing an Intel Haswell CPU but the OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W power supply, that you've chosen, isn't Haswell compatible...
GTX650Ti and a non overclockable processor - pretty much any entry level PSU and you are fine.
The Corsair CX430 isn't the greatest PSU in the world, but right now it has a $20 rebate which means it's $25. At that kind of price, it's pretty impossible to beat. If you plan on potentially upgrading to a more mid-high end graphics card at some point, the CX600 is also heavily discounted ($38 with all discounts). If modular cables are important to you, the CX***M are semi modular versions, though not as good value right now.
Also, if you want to spend a bit more, and get some more quality, have a look at the Rosewill Capstone M range, they aren't super cheap but they are probably the cheapest 80Plus Gold modular PSUs you can buy.

The Seasonic G Series G-360 (SSR-360GP) power supply unit, with its maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 30 Amps and with one 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector, is more than sufficient to power your system configuration with a single GeForce GTX 650 Ti graphics card.
