Hello,
I currently work on a help desk and mainly in live chat support. When I first started, we had some type of software where you could middle-scroll click to pull up a window with canned responses, and then select to fill the text field and send to the user. This would pull from an Excel file that was setup. It stopped working when our firm migrated to Windows 10.
I've searched a bit, and cannot find any free software that makes it as simple as middle-scroll clicking on the mouse to bring up a menu with text presets. I've considered a keyboard with extra macro keys, but would like to share this with my team - mainly just looking for software.
Does anyone know of any such software? Thank you in advance.
