Help desktop building

Hi, i'm trying to build a brand new computer and i need some help here. I have a low budget but i'm open to some advices. I already have a Asus Maximus VII Hero and i was wondering if it is possible to use a Gigabyte GeForce® GTX 1060 G1 GAMING 6GB on it. Plus i still need a CPU and i'm going for an intel one but i still haven't figured which one. i5 or i7? help me here guys

Yep that graphics card will work fine. What PSU are you using?

Go for the i7 4790k for that board if you can budget for it.

Thx men i'm going to check that i7 right now. i choose the Corsair SF450 450W SFX but i don't know if it is enought and if it has good available power on the 12volts lines. Can i have ur suggestion? plz

Yeah thats a good PSU if you need a small form factor?

Otherwise, any good 500w from Superflower/Seasonic/EVGA/XFX will do fine.

hmmm i guess i'll go for a 500w then 😉 . thx for the tip. Another thing: i checked that i7 4790k and it seems so awesome but since it's 4th generation will i be able to put RAM DDR4 or DDR5?

DDR3 for 4th gen. I only suggested that because you thats what your motherboard takes. Your motherboard wont take DDR4 or a 6th gen cpu.

Yeah its still a nice board, and not much difference in games between a 6700k + DDR4 and a 4790k and DDR3. It will be fine.
