After a long time searching where this problem came from and trying to solve it different ways I could realy use some extra help becaus Im out of options.

I bought my Desktop 2 years ago.
It was a pretty high-quality setup (Acer Predator G3-605)
specs:
- Intel Core i7 (4th Gen) 4770 / 3.4 GHz
- 16 GB RAM
- 128 GB SSD
- 3T HDD
- Nvidea GTX 770 2GB
- Windows 8.1

Around a month ago I noticed my pc suddenly took longer to start and load my usual start-up programs.
Then for that session (While the pc remained on) everything went slower than normal (Windows, Chrome,...)
But the strange thing is, On other times when I start my pc everything is normal (without changing anything) and all the programs run like they use to be and everything works fast.

This is where I searched for problems but most of the problems are only on startup (for 10mins after) or when your pc becomes slow and STAYS slow.

My main problem is that sometimes it starts slow (and then I know its for that whole session) and stays that way and sometimes it just as normal without any changes made.

Things I tried:
- Seach at startup items (Becaus the settings can stay the same and still have the problem but sometimes as normal)
- Registry lookup
- Checking log-files (Nothing unusual when the problem occures)
- Cleaning the hardware (dust and be sure nothing disconnected)
- Update hardware drivers

I realy hope somebody can help me find this problem.
Greetz,
Gijs

I already checked it but ill paste it here
It would surprize me if it was a satartup program bc without any changes the problem sometimes occures and sometimes it doesn't

I would start disabling the following item and see if it fixes your boot sequence, many programs load "applets and they slow your computer down, and 99% of time they are absolutely unneeded to run the programs later

disable the following and reboot

also open a cmd windows in administrator mode, and run: SFC /Scannow ,to make sure no windows files could be damaged/corrupted causing this issue.
also when is the last time your defragged your hard drive ?
also have you run a chkdsk your hard drive lately ? (http://www.dummies.com/computers/operating-systems/windows-8/how-to-run-an-error-check-on-a-drive-from-windows-8-1/)
also have you looked at the SMART status of your hard drive to see if there is any indication of read/write excessive issues which could indicate hardware issue ?

I ran the Tweakers "windows repair tool".
Till this time I didn't have the problem (but as I said it's unexpected) so Ill see if that program fixed the problem.

I already ran the chdsk and others commands (-cleanImage, ResoreHealth,...) but they didn't fix it.
My harddrive auto-defrags when my pc is in afk mode so its constantly in the best condition.
I also cleaned my setup for dust so I doubted it was about a hardware problem.

Ill come back to this post if the problem manifests again :)
