Question Help diagnosing freezing mouse, stuttering, no/slow ethernet, & slow HDD ?

Recently built a system with an ASUS Prime A320M-K mobo, A8 cpu M2 SSD & 8G RAM & installed Windows 10 home.
Nowt but problems - its slow, wont reliably connect to ethernet, mouse freezes, turns back on following a shutdown ...
No issues in BIOS, mouse works fine and no error beeps. Memtest86 runs fine for hours and shows no problems.
I'm suspecting a mobo fault but can anyone suggest a way I can test that to get a definite conclusion?
.. without expensive test gear or software?
basically a free PC workout & diagnosis tool?

or do these faults all point to one common component - eg a bridge?

I'd format windows if I were you.
While the only component it could plausibly be is the motherboard, IMO it's improbable.
It most probably is a software problem, so formatting windows might be a good bet.

Thanks Sian but I've already done that and updated the BIOS and deleted - reinstalled drivers. And SFC and DISM. Its a wierd one
