Question Help disabling onboard GPU

Hello, I recently bought a Powercolor RX 570. Upon installing it, the GPU was not displaying anything. So I tried to use the onboard graphics and Windows had recognized the AMD card. The only problem was that there was conflict between the two GPU's. Only one could work at one time, not both. Device Manager gives me Code 12 when I look at the GPU properties. I did find a workaround it though. If I uninstalled the AMD drivers and reinstalled it, both GPU's would work at the same time. But if I restarted my pc, the AMD card wouldn't work. I've tried updating the network adapters, changing BIOS settings, but none will work.
