Help! Disk Usage Staying at 100% and Extreme Lag

I just recently moved all my hardware into a brand new case and used all the necessary precautions while doing so, but ever since I have, my pc is being extremely slow and disk usage stays at 100 percent for some reason. I cannot find a fix for this anywhere. Any help would be tremendously appreciated! If you need my specs please let me know.

maybe you have a software running like a hell backward
maybe your HDD is full or failed???
did you tried to defragment it ( hdd ) ???

I've defragmented it and my HDD isn't even half way filled :/
