Question HELP: Display randomly going black and Internet speeds slow after PC accidentally unplugged

Please help. I'm going insane because my display keeps going black, and my internet speeds ONLY on my PC are extremely slow. I accidentally kicked my cord out of it's socket when lounging in my chair, and when I plugged it back in, everything seemed fine. Then a few days ago, my internet speeds all of a sudden went into a downward spiral. No idea why, and now all of a sudden my display is blacking out randomly (usually when playing a game, but sometimes when loading a webpage too.) I did a speedtest on my phone, and I hit my speeds on that, but got a quarter of them, if not less, on my PC.

GTX 1060 6 GB
Core i7 7700
16 GB RAM @ 2400 MHz
