Help DVI-D to VGA

Will DVI-D adapters - VGA are only for video cards?
Then, the only onboard DVI-D to DVI-D function monitors ?, to put a VGA monitor to the DVI-D onboard only thing that works is the device that converts the digital signal into analog 100 USD?, Greetings

A DVI-D port only carries a digital signal, not the analog signal required by VGA. To use a DVI-D port with a VGA display does require a more expensive adapter/converter.

A DVI-I port does not have this limitation as it carries both an analog and a digital signal.
