Will DVI-D adapters - VGA are only for video cards?
Then, the only onboard DVI-D to DVI-D function monitors ?, to put a VGA monitor to the DVI-D onboard only thing that works is the device that converts the digital signal into analog 100 USD?, Greetings

Solution
You can use the $2 adapters to go from DVI-I to VGA as there are some pins that directly output VGA signal.

To use DVI-D (or HDMI) you need the active adapter that can convert the signal from one format to another.

Most video cards have 1 DVI-D and one DVI-I port on them.

To convert DVI-D (digial only) to VGA (analog) you need an active converter device. Yeah they are more than the $2 passive converters.

You cannot cheaply convert digital to analog signal.
If the card has a dvi-i(24 holes in a rectangle and 4 holes and a +) instead of DVI-D(24 holes in a square and a -), then you can use a DVI-VGA adapter. Otherwise you'll have to get a box which converts that for you, with it's own source of power, and yes, it'll cost $100.
