hi, my name is rennea burgess. i live in lakeland, florida 33805 863-683-8711. i purchased from the pogo website two pc games. they were 9.99 each. plus there was a 1.00 dollar charge placed on each game as well. i tried to download these two games, which were scrabble tour and pictureka mayhem museum. i could not get either one of them to download properly on my windows 7 pc. i want a complete refund for both games that i purchased on my credit card that i used asap. this would be a total of approx. 12.00 dollars with the one dollar amounts added in as well. i did however get both of them to download on my credit card using the 6.99 feature to be billed to my same credit card every month, plus the one dollar as well added in. this i want to keep, but i want the other two items the complete amount taken off and credited to my credit card that i used to pay for them asap please. iam going to be disputing these charges on my credit card asap. please take these two charges that i emailed you about off of my credit card asap. thank you, rennea burgess.
