I asked someone to build me a PC within a 700 dollar budget but wouldn't mind going over maybe even to 800.This was what they gave me, and while it does work I was wondering if there are changes to this that could help out. Like possibly a better graphics card or monitor and even add a CPU cooler. I would like to play games like day z, Skyrim, Farcry 3, and hopefully watch dogs when it comes out. I would like to play them on higher settings. Hopefully someone can help me to build my first gaming pc! Thanks in advance!

Solution
You have to finish the build and submit it as an actual link, the partslist is only for your computer.
A completed build should look like this:

http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/b/Qj5

But anyway I can supply you with a build for $800.
This one is the best performance for the price.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor ($144.99 @ NCIX US)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($31.99 @ Mwave)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($72.24 @ Amazon)
Memory: A-Data XPG V1.0 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($64.99 @ NCIX US)...

That build is $1,763. Do you have $1,700 or $1,800 or are you wanting a $700 or $800 build?

and would it fit into the case you picked out for me?

Yes, the GPU would fit fine. PCPartPicker doesn't say anything either.
