I have literally tried everything now.
OS: Windows 10
System Type x64-based PC
System Model MS-7B51
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz, 3696 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
System Model MS-7B51
BIOS Mode UEFI
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 32.0 GB
GPU: 1080ti (Swapped out for a 5700 Ryzen for testing and still crash with both)
PSU: Corsair 750w Bronze (I have tried 3 PSU's)

This is primarily when I am watching videos or playing Destiny 2.
I do not have drops in frames, and everything is smooth and then BAM, suddenly the machine restarts itself with no error except for 41 task 63.
Sometimes I will crash 5 times within an hour and sometimes I can go 2-3 days without a crash.
Typically I crash 4-5x a day. ( And I only use it for a few hours.)
For the record: This is a hard power off and clean automatic restart. No BSOD and no other crash errors / dmps are created.

I had a power surge that messed something up with the PSU, causing temperatures to reach 99c on my CPU.
I went and replaced the PSU in order to fix this and temperatures were way down.
I have a mouse and keyboard plugged in and an ethernet cable.

Things I have tried:
Clean installation of windows 5x.
Updated all drivers.
Replaced the MOBO
Replaced ALL of the RAM
Replaced my GPU
Replaced the AIO cooler (suspect this may be the issue? Possibly causing power instability issues with the 750w?)
Reseated everything multiple times.
I have checked for multiple audio devices.
I have changed power settings.
I have turned off/on auto restarts.
I have turned HDD/SSD to never sleep.
I have turned on high performance settings.
I have run RAM checks.
I have run DISK checks on both SSDs.
I have run the Intel Processor Diagnostics Test.
I have changed the wall outlet that the PC is plugged in to.
I have run CrystalDiskInfo.
I have run CrystalDiskMark 5.

I am out of ideas.
I have replaced everything except for my CPU and SSD's which I have run diagnostic tests on and have come back negative.
PLEASE HELP. It's been two weeks of non-stop trouble shooting and thousands of dollars spent.
