Help! Error Code 43 on a Asus Gtx 1050

Hi, i recently bought a Gtx 1050 Expedition from Mindfactory.de, to upgrade my Pc (Asus Prime B250 Pro, Corsiar VS500, Kingston hyperX 120GB ssd, Intel Pentium G4560 Kaby Lake Cpu, 16 GB crucial ram) but when i installer the latest drivers to my Graphics Card and rebooted i Got a Black screen (note i used my Internal Grapics to installer the drivers) after that i reinstalled Windows 10 and 7 multiple times. Reinstalled all the drivers and removing Them Edith Guru3ds tool. Them i followed multiple guides online and rebuild my intire system. So far its seems Like a bad card, but i hope otherwise.

I Also desiabled my Igpu in the bios and cleared the CMOS multiple times.

Code 43 in Device manager means one of two things: driver problem (not installed or wrong version) or hardware issue (either with GPU itself or the motherboard slot).
Lets start with last thing: move your GPU to other x16 slot and try installing drivers again. If that does work, that would mean your primary PCIe slot is faulty. If it wont work either, most likely faulty GPU, test it in another comp to confirm.
