Question help... Everthing fine until i download windows update and play wwz

so i give you my timeline

i have multiple blackout 6 month ago ( so i get ups note this is after the blackout happens )
i download windows 10 latest update 27 03 2020
i download wwz 29 03 2020 epicstore

until this point 29 03 2020 everything is ok sometimes bsod but rarely

30 03 2020 sundenly my pc bsod multiple time in a single day and my pc keep restarting ( sometime pass boot sometime didnt pass the boot ) using windbg i get this error : common thing
i get common memory management
irql not less or equal

so i try to fix this

defrag hdd done
memtest 86 done
result both ram first try error test 3500-... singgle ram =
ram number 1 try in in slot 1 and 2 everything fine no error
ram number 2 try in slot 1 and slot 2 everything fine no error
reseat and second try to test both ram = pass every singgle time no error
Note in ram 2 seat slot 1 i get freeze in first try so i had to restart... but after that everthing normal

sfc scannow = i get corruption but i fix it
scan malware or virus = nothing
update driver = done

my spec
1600 ryzen no OC 3.2ghz sometimes 3.4ghz when i play games
ram 2166 avexir 2x4 gb
b350 msi gaming pro
1 ssd 250 evo sata ( OS )
1 ssd m.2 pcie xpg adata pro 1 tb
1 hdd 4 tb
6 fan
1 psu focus gold 550w
1 gpu 1050 ti zotac 4gb
1 mause 1 keyboard 1 monitor

idk what to do next kinda sad this is happend and i cannot resolve with this... i hope someone help me to enlight this

the situation right now are my pc is on vertical and keep restarting without any bsod... and randomly
