help factory reseting Dell Latitude D520 with Windows XP?

I have a dell latitude d520 and no disks, and I can't figure out how to manually reset it for the life of me. i think it seriously can't, like its missing the stuff, and it can't go online or anything. so can any one give me a download link for something i can put on a flash drive and install to the dell? (on my mac right now.) Thanks!
