Im acually going after this and wondering if this would be decent till a year or 2 ?http://www.pccasegear.com/products/33755

Well considering it's Australia, it would be really hard to pick anything far better then this for $1500.
Pros:
- good CPU - Skylake i5
- good GPU - GTX 970
- good PSU - EVGA 600B
- OS included

Cons:
- budget mobo
- non OC CPU
- no room for RAM upgrade! (2x4 GB sticks, only 2 slots on this mobo)
- we certainly could try to get some better custom build

Oh i didnt see it was AUD

As expected, not that easy to squeeze more within that price.
Bellow a bit different attempt.
The difference:
- upgradeable RAM (but still 8 GB)
- CPU can be OC'ed thus a will get better performance than skylake in the original build
- a bit better PSU

The rest is basically the same... is this build worth considering comparing to the OP's one? Depends, you either get a PCCG and forget about assembling the parts yourself or go with this or similar custom build and try to squeeze a bit more performance yourself.
