So here are the parts I've chosen

CPU:Intel Core i7-4790K
CPU COOLER:Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (120mm)
MB: Mod 1150 ASUS Z97-A ATX Motherboard
GPU GTX 780 TI
PSU:Corsair CP-9020056-UK RM Series RM850 80 Plus Gold 850W ATX/EPS Fully Modular Power Supply Unit
HDD:Seagate Barracuda 2 TB
SSD:Crucial CT240M500SSD1 240GB
RAM: HyperX Predator Series

I'm still wondering if I should go with a more expensive motherboard and if so wich one would be good?

The motherboard is great, no need to change that. Also, the GTX 980 is overall better than 780 Ti while costing less, do keep that in mind.
Change the PSU, RM high wattage models are not good quality. If you plan to SLI in future, get EVGA G2 850W or any 850W or higher PSU from EVGA/ XFX/ Antec/ SeaSonic. If you don't plan to SLI in future, any 600W+ PSU from EVGA/ SeaSonic/ Antec/ XFX will be enough, XFX Pro 650W or SeaSonic 620W would be good choices :)
