So where I live I don't have many choices for internet. I currently have Comcast and have non stop problems both wired and wireless. I've called them they sent a tech out he said the problem was with a box outside said he would have to send a truck out to fix it and its been a month since that. Called them again and was hung up on. I am also paying <mod edit> for my speed 100$ a month for 25mbs down and 10 up but get 2mbs down and .7 up wired. The only other isps here are CenturyLink Alyrica and some other place that has a max speed of like 10 down. Anyone has have experience with either one of those? Zip code is 97370 if you want to look for yourself.

Centurylink is DSL. There speeds are slower than some other ISP's, and their upload speeds are fairly slow by today's standards with most of the plans at 896 kbps on the up speed.

Have you tried escalating the issue with Comcast? Try asking for Level 2 Tier Support when you call, and politely explain how long this has been going on, and that you may have to switch ISP if this can't be resolved.
