What does the Y70 have over the ASUS G751JT? I am not super knowledgeable on this sort of stuff.

Many thanks,

i though of this asus laptop before, but it seems out of your budget range, so i chose the y70, though the y70 has touchscreen, and non-ips display, if u can afford the Asus I would suggest you to buy the asus , cause it had ips and G-sync enabled. though it has no touch screen, but its not important for gaming, this 2 laptops match you, but if you wanna the best go for the Asus.

That ASUS is a good choice! Another possibility:

According to me these might be good for you:
MSI GE60 2OE-003US
ASUS ROG G751JT-DH72
MSI Computer GS60 Ghost Pro-064
Aorus X7v2-CF2
The screen size is a bit small, but graphics are amazing.

Nice. Would you go for the MSI over the ASUS?

Thanks everyone for suggestions. I think it's out of the ASUS and MSI Dominator.

MSI GT70 Dominator-895 9S7-1763A2 is going to be a great choice for only £900
Processor : Core i7 4800MQ Quad Core @ 2.7 GHz
check detalis here : http://www.game-debate.com/hardware/index.php?pid=1183&cpu=Core%20i7-4800MQ%204-Core%202.7GHz
GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX870M with 3GB GDDR5 VRAM
check details here : http://www.game-debate.com/hardware/?gid=1975&graphics=GeForce%20GTX%20870M%203GB
8 GB Ram 1TB Storage 17.1 Screen supports 1920x1080
but i think u got lots of money so u should build a gaming rig instead of buying a laptop it will be 500 times better than buying laptop because mobile GPU's are not nice they got the worst memory bandwith and in future when games are going to advance you will not be able to run them due to low-specs GPU which is unfortunately unupgradeable
