Help Finding a Good Motherboard/Case

I'm a first time pc builder here and I need some help finding a motherboard (which I have very little knowledge about). I also want a decent ATX case (preferably ATX and not micro) that has good airflow and space.

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 750k
GPU: Radeon R9 270x
PSU: 600W (probably from Corsair)
Hard Drive: Western Digital 1TB (maybe 2TB)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB
Disk Drive: Don't know
OS: Windows 8 (guessing this does not matter)

Anyways I would like a good Motherboard under $100. I'll be needing a PCI-E x16 slot for my graphics card but that's about all I know. I don't plan on using 2 GPU's for any future upgrades but if there's a good deal with a slot for a second I'm all for it.

As for the case, I want an ATX case that will meet my requirements. I want it to have at least 4 USB slots (preferably some 3.0 and not all 2.0) and some fans installed with it. Basically I just want a case that'll have good airflow and won't prevent anything getting too hot.

If anyone has any suggestions on my build please let me know! I am brand new to building and am pretty nervous about getting wrong the parts, breaking something, and of course having my components overheat. Thanks to everyone in advance!
