Help finding a pcie 3.0 $200 Sli motherboard

Like the title says, I need help. I have been looking at the as rock extreme 4 gen 3, but I have heard mixed things about it. Is it bad and are there better with these features at this price?

They are almost the same, I would go for ASUS

ASUS Bluetooth V2.1+EDR
ASUS got rid of the Floppy connector, thanx.
6 x USB 2.0 vs 4 AS Rock
2 x 1394a vs 1 AS Rock
AS Rock1 x DisplayPort
