Help finding an Asus or EVGA motherboard for gaming on LGA 1150 Socket under $150

I need help on finding a ASUS or EVGA motherboard, since I've heard its best to go with those two brands. Under $150, LGA 1150 socket, 24 pin power connector, form factor of atx, and for gaming; but not much overclocking, maybe minor adjustments. Also if it helps my psu is a corsair tx 750w bronze, cpu is intel i5 4690, gpu is EVGA nvidia geforce gtx 760

Gigabyte and ASRock do not fall back behind - the Gigabyte board that I have right now is literally the best that there is in real world performance. It has many features and is very overclocking-friendly. But if you want Asus, alright. EVGA mobos are quite overpriced, other than the Stinger (Mini ITX) I dont see any appeal in characteristics of the FTW or Classified boards that make them worth the cash. Also, your CPU is not a K chip so it is not unlocked, can't be overclocked. A H87/H97 mobo will do
