Help finding best USB Front Panel

Hi guys,
My case (NZXT Phantom Full Tower) only has 2 USBS (1x USB 3.0 & 1x USB 2.0) on the top/front of the case, I want to use my empty 3.5" bays to expand it using a USB "hub" but I'm not to sure which one to get, preferably the hub has

• 
  - USB 3
  - USB 2
  - Fast charge USB

There is 3 x USB 3.0 which can work as USB 2.0
and 1 x 2.4A usb charging port

This is a 5.25" drive

You would need to use your motherboard USB 3.0 header with this drive , making your case USB 3.0 ports useless
Also you need a sata power cable from your PSU
