I have a HP PRO All In One Computer

That one and and wondering if it was even possible to put a graphics card in it

Unfortunately, like laptops, the internals of budget AIO systems are fixed to the motherboard and are not upgradable. Only a few high end models support it, and they heavily advertise it as such. So if you have to ask, then its more than likely impossible.

It's impossible. The parts are more than likely soldered onto the AIO itself, and I doubt it even has a PCI slot.
