Sam's Club has some LG 21.5 and 23.5 monitors meeting those specs for under $200. I can't find any reviews on them, so if anyone has any experience with them I would appreciate some feedback myself.

I jsut read a pretty intensive report on another website about repsonse times for gaming monitors - im looking for the same thing here too.

they said that reported response times might be when switching from different colors like grey to grey as opposed to a low color environment to a high color environment because there is currently NO standard for the measurement of response times.
