Help finding the right computer

Hey, my current PC is fairly out-dated, and as such, cannot run the latest games at all (In my case, I really want to play the Witcher 3, but the minimum requirements are far beyond my PC's capabilities), so I would like help picking parts which would run these sort of games on medium settings at 40-60+ fps. I would be willing to spend anything under £500.

Note that I already own a screen, keyboard, mouse etc...
