I currently have around $350-$400 to spend next paycheck to complete my PC. All of the remaining parts that must be purchased with this $350-$400 budget are the Optical Drive, Operating System, Memory, Cooler, HDD and finally SSD. I've chosen everything but the SSD and HDD which is why I'm in this section of the forum! Thank you SO MUCH for your help!

Already Purchased:
Processor: Intel i7-4790k
Motherboard: ASUS Z97-AR
Graphics Card: EVGA GTX 960 SuperSC
Power Supply: EVGA G-2 550W Modular

Yet to be Purchased: (Changes can be made here to finish build within $350-$400).
Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-Bit
Optical Drive: ASUS DRW-24 DVD Writer
Memory: G. Skill Ripjaw X Series 16gb (2x8GB)
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
HDD and SSD: Debating my option. Originally thought about using a 1TB HDD followed up with a 120GB SSD for my operating system and games (Only play a select few games right now).

I greatly appreciate anyone who helps me out with this!!

Solution
why not buy just ssd...don't need a HDD. The extra from not buying an HDD could be more gb's for ssd.
so cooler $25/Windows 10 64 Bit 92$/ASUS DRW-24 DVD Writer $18/G. Skill Ripjaw X Series 16gb (2x8GB) $80 =215
350-215=135 so 135$-$185 budget
Samsung 850 EVO-Series 500GB 2.5" Solid State Drive - http://pcpartpicker.com/part/samsung-internal-hard-drive-mz75e500bam $177.89
Breakdown avg game is 30 gb, os is less than 25gb with all the updates and a ssd needs 10 percent capacity reserved to function correctly.
-50gb(10% for function)
-25gb(OS)
-500gb-75gb=425gb
-425gb/30gb games=14.16667 games on this ssd you can hold. What you only want 8 games on it.
425-240(8x30)=185 gb free space when you bought 8 new games(witcher 3 is 32 gb btw)...

185/2 gb per new movie=92.5 blockbuster movies to watch in 1080.

Solution
When u run out of space buy another ssd and set it to be another drive and allocate its space to that drive. Your operating system will be on this 500gb SSD and your second SSD will have all that extra space where you can store movie or games. Also the transfer speed between the 2 SSD's will be way better than they would be with a SSD HDD combo.
