Anything you think that i should change
want to play on high-medium setting on cod , cs go ,minecraft dayz next gen games

While the Titan Black is a beastly card, consider a 980. It beats the Titan in frame rates and supports DX12, all while consuming 100 watts less and costing less. Either way, you won't run across a single game that you'll have to turn down to medium ;).

Maybe consider newer parts, as TechyInAZ mentioned.

all cards 400 series and up are getting dx 12 support 700 series gets full support. 400, 500 and 600 series gets basic dx12 support and will be able to run dx 12 games. and yes that's a great build but newer parts would not hurt but that's up to you.
