HEY ya Im kinda screwed. I think I could get the right parts for a new comp together but i think i would screw myself into paying for parts that dont work together or most likly not selecting the right parts for me. Im looking for a big time gaming computer. Some of the specs I want are awesome sound, great graphics, lightning fast speed, cd burner and u know throw in some suggestions of any of the cool things i skiped over. THANKS A TON 8O

im looking at pretty much all games I have a black cd case backed full of pimp games, lots of the classics, and i got a lot of newer games a borrow from friends. so pretty much every game. I also haven't chosen a monitor but i know I will get 20in + flat screen. My budget is around 1000 -1500. Im willing to go more like 2000 tops but the lower the better.

I mostly want to build this pc around the motherboard. Im thinking an intel core duo E6700 Dual Core Processor because i don't really see the need for a quad yet. so unless u guys think that there is a better processor for the money i would think that would be something that should taken in mind so in short awesome motherboard compatible with intel if u think that a good idea.

do you have any other stuff from previous comps...

if you wait til the 22nd then you can get an e6750 for about the same amount of monry

I am starting from scratch the computer im using now is the family computer. My family is pretty good with computers, two of my cousins own their own computer shop, but i want to do this on my own as kinda of a way to show them i know what im doing. truth be told i really dont lol. All i have is my knowledge but i dont know what hardware is best for the buck.
