Help! First time PC builder Black screen have all parts

Alright, so I have all my parts put in. But yet I have a black screen when I turn it on. All of my fans work, my video card lights up, and my optical drive works. I have no idea what's the problem here. From what I understand I have the CPU power plugged in correctly. If anyone could help me that would be great. I took a look at the post about some common mistakes but I can't pin point which one I made. I got my parts from PC parts picker so from what I understand they are compatible.
How do I know if my processor is working?

I also have no idea on what is wrong.
As I am not a mind reader.

But what would help is a bit more information to solve the problem.

So please post the Cpu used.
Memory type, brand and speed.

The motherboard used in brand, and the model number.

The model number, or brand of Pci-e graphics card used.

And also the power supply brand, with the amount of wattage it can provide.

I've tried switching the HDMI cable from my Motherboard to my Video card, but nothing seemed to change. When I turned my monitor on it kept switching through "Analog, HDMI, and display port"

Processor is an Intel I5-6500 3.2 GHz Quad Core
GPU is an AMD MSI R7 370 2 GB
Motherboard is a Gigabyte B150M-D3H Micro ATX LGA1151
Case is a Corsair spec-02 ATX mid tower case
Power supply EVGA 430 Watt certified ATX power supply
Ram is an 8GB Kingston fury HyperX
HDD Western Digital Caviar 1 TB 7200RPM 3.5" internal Hard drive

Also, sorry for not posting the specs before lol, new and confused.

You're welcome. Try removing the graphics card, connecting the monitor to the motherboard and starting the pc. See if still no signal.

keeps switching through inputs, still black screen. If this is worth mentioning, when I turn on the tower the fans turn On and off about 3 times before they fully turn on.

Try leaving single RAM module installed. Test each slot. make sure that the RAM is fully inserted in the slot.

My problem was a DOA Motherboard or CPU, I shipped both back and received new ones. The problem was fixed.

Yeah no problem lol, but the unfortunate reason that I'm back is that I have a new issue. FPS problems with a new graphics card.
