Help fix win 8.1 bootloader

Earlier i put Mac os on my pc along with win 8.1 i removed the mac os partition but i have to use mac os install flash drive to boot into windows which is really annoying because the bcdboot command wont work and i cant get the windows bootloader to work

other then a new install.. not sure what to tell ya.
