encountering random solid greenscreen either while gaming or running stress test on Furmark. Greenscreen is super random, there are times where Furmark was on for 20 minutes no greenscreen and rdr2 for more than 6 hours yet no greenscreen and other times just after the game starts or stress testing, it is super random and i am yet to find a pattern.

Kindly please help me fix this issue

greenscreen is solid and restarts automatically after a few seconds.

I would tend to blame that marginal PSU.

understood but is there anyother way to look for than changing psu directly?
Minimum recommended PSU for RX 7800XT is 700-750W.
Your DarkFlash GP650 has less than 600 on 12V rail (only 588W).

Want to use a high power gaming graphics card?
Then get appropriate PSU to power it.

You need 700W PSU minimum.
You have 588W PSU (marketed as 650W).

Your PSU is not good enough for RX 7800 XT.
I did suspect that the answer here would be the PSU.
They asked on discord, I suggested here,
Raw voltages. Any Voltage in proximity of 12VDC, 5VDC and 3.3VDC. Those are values before entering regulators (VRM) on the motherboard and GPU.

sure thing i will talk to the seller about this. as what they told me and sold isnt compatible and get something done

appreciated your input thanks a lot
