Help for a build purchase...

Hello everyone, I have the following items for a system in my cart and I need your feedback before I make the purchase for any compatibility issue or something that was updated with newer model within the last month.

CPU: i7-4790K
MoBo: MSI Z97 GAMING 5
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti Superclocked w/ACX Cooler 3GB
CPU Cooler: H100i
Case: Fractal Design Define R4
RAM: CORSAIR XMS 32GB
HDD: WD Green 1 TB Desktop Hard Drive: 3.5 Inch, SATA III, 64 MB Cache - WD10EZRX
SSD: Intel 520 Series Solid-State Drive 120 GB SATA 6 Gb/s 2.5-Inch
BD-ROM: Asus BC-12B1ST/BLK/B/AS
PSU: COUGAR-GX1050 1050W

You need to list prices and total.

The build looks OK.

But I definitely wouldn't get a Cougar PSU. I'd get a Seasonic M12II 620 $75 instead - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151095 for one 780ti or Seasonic X1050 $175 for SLI - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151110

And I'd prefer the ASRock Z97 Extreme 4 per http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/mainstream-gaming-z97-motherboard,3824.html

Better buy a gigabyte or asus board
For u i would strongly recommend asus z97-a or z97 pro
Gigabyte z97 ud5/ud3

For psu buy seasonic/xfx/antec/corsair hx/tx

why not cougar, and is the difference actually noticeable between different Z97 boards. as for prices I will update as soon as I can, been up since 4 am and I think I will pass out in the process and btw, can I use a windows 7 from a laptop I have to the new PC (I have it printed in 3 disks), is it copyrighted for that specific laptop?

I think that os installation will be fne but I would seriously wait for the 900 series to be out, cause when they come out the780ti prices will drop a bit or you can get the 980, get a better psu and get a different board maybe

I recommend PSUs from tiers 1, 2a or 2b of http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html.

The Cougar isn't there.
