Hi. I want to build a PC but I'm not to much into hardware market please help me to make the correct decision.(I hope here is the right place to ask for this. I couldn't find the exact place). Playing games on medium quality and HD(not full HD) resolution is the most important thing. I really need to make sure my PC will be able to run games such as EA's Fifa and Konami's Pes in the 2-3 coming years at least with the minimum quality. I Don't overclock(Not sure if it matters!) and the maximum amount I can spend Is 700 USD of course I prefer it to be lower(I have monitor and windows 7 already). Thanks in advance.

You could go with something like this. It's less than your max budget and will handle most games on medium settings at 1080p. If you wish to get closer to the 700$ mark, you can swap the i3 for a i5 and maybe switch the GTX960 for a GTX970.
