Help for Building PC

I'm currently building a PC to game on, as my current one can't even run overwatch as the graphics card isn't sufficient. I am very much not an expert with any of this, so I'm posting this for suggestions to make my build better.

Keep in mind that I'm on a budget of $500 for everything, and this all costs $488 so far (PC, OS, Monitor).

Well first off, I would recommend adding another 4GB of RAM. But everything looks fine to me. You really can't go cheaper than that since you are including the monitor AND os. If you already had that, I would have recommended getting the RX 470 and another 4GB. It's tough to make suggestions when you NEED a monitor and OS.
