Help for choose a graphic card

i need a good gpu for around $50. so i searched the internet and found something:

Nvidia Geforce gt 430 1gb ddr3

my psu specs:
max power 235w
17a on 12v rail

will my psu can handle gt 430? or could you please tell me a gpu can run on psu?

That Graphics card is in the very ver low value area, once you get past about $150 is where you get good value cards, but that card is not good, what CPU and MOtherboard are you on, because you might want to upgrade that first if you are on something like a westmere Pentium.
