Help for first build!

Hey guys, this is my first build for a mid range gaming PC. I want to be able to play the Witcher 3 and the new Batman game with good settings quality. Can you take a look at my build and tell me what you think? If it's stupid let me know. I just picked parts with good ratings and good price efficiency. I'd like to stay at or below the $700.00 mark if possible, so if there are better options for cheaper LMK.

I theoretically could wait on the monitor for better parts, too. I've got an HP 2010i sitting around.

Avoid AMD at this point. Especially avoid cheap AMD motherboards. The Intel build above would be much better.
