Help for getting a smooth gameplay.

Hi Guys, I've already build my pc.

Its still bothering me if i did the right thing, Please help me.

The specs are as they follow.

Processor - i7 6850k
Motherboard - Asus RAMPAGE v Edition 10
Graphic Card - MSI GTX 1080 Gaming X
RAM - Corsair dominator platinum 32GB 3200MZ
SSD - 500GB Samsung Evo 850
HDD - 2TB Seagate 6GB p/s
Monitor - Acer Predator XB241H
Power supply - Corsair HX1000i
Cooler - Corsair H115i
Case - Corsair 760T
Windows - Windows 10 PRO

Now the problem that I'm facing here is while I play CS:GO, my fps is running good at about 400, The real problem here is that its lagging. Like literally it gets stuck for about 1 second in middle of the game. Please help? I've tried everything. Today I think I will be re-installing the entire windows. Any help? Very disheartened.

Could you describe the issue a bit more? It sounds like the game is pausing occasionally?

I'd have some monitoring program running in the background to see what happens when the game pauses like this. Does CPU usage shoot to 100%? I/O usage? Memory usage? GPU usage? What exactly is your bottleneck here?

See let me explain here. Yes, your partially right, the game gets stuck maybe every 4-6 minutes for a second which is really disturbing. The CPU is perfect and each core's performing at about 30-35% usage per core. The temperatures are fine. Where as the GPU usage is not exceeding 20-30% (I don't know if it should or not). There's nothing more than I know of.
