For any "gaming" anything under a GTX 1050 card or maybe one of he mid range AMD cards will be a huge compromise. Your budget limits you to something with the low end MX150 card which is about the range of the 1030 desktop card. OK for games like LOL, Diablo...
You will not find a laptop in your budget for PUBG at medium, and for sure not while streaming game play. A decent gaming laptop starts at $800 for any more demanding game. Look for something with at least a GTX 1050 video card for a "gaming" system, and forget about gaming and streaming with anything demanding like PUBG unless you go into the $1,200 and up range.

Ok, thank you very much, do you have any advice, instead for the others? PUBG, it is not fundamental.

For any "gaming" anything under a GTX 1050 card or maybe one of he mid range AMD cards will be a huge compromise. Your budget limits you to something with the low end MX150 card which is about the range of the 1030 desktop card. OK for games like LOL, Diablo 3, SIMS 4, etc... can run the more demanding games at low settings with lower FPS (but likely playable).

Since you can't upgrade a laptop, you may want to consider saving another $200 and then buying one that you will be happier with longer rather than a low end one now that will just age poorly over several years with gaming speed.

Another option is to find a used laptop 2-3 years old, say with an MX970 video card, that should be in your budget. Just make sure you test it well with a benchmark and stress test like Prime95 / 3DMark / PassMark to make sure it is running well.
