Help for Overclock RAM

my system spec :
CPU : AMD phenom II x2 565BE unlock to x4 B65
RAM : G.skill ripjaws x 1600MHz 2x2GB cl8
main : asrock 870 extreme3 r2.0
vga : msi gtx470 twin frozr
power : memonex 600w

.
.


i can't overclock ram above 1700mhz cl8 !
voltage ram = 1.65 (defult = 1.5)
voltage CPU = 1.45 !
voltage HT = 1.35
HT = 1.3
NB = 1.3
and ... !

what is my problem ?
ram isn't Compatible with this platform ?!
Main is poor ?!
or i can't overclock

I agree. There isn't much performance gain to be had from overclocking RAM, and if you are already running 1600MHz at 1.65V that should be the top end of your RAM anyway. 1.65 is a high voltage already and if you're not able to boot at any combination at 1.65v then you probably shouldn't go any further.

As stated previously, 1600MHz is more than enough, those higher clocks won't show you any real performance gain.
